Electrical Systems Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team at our Pikeville, KY plant. As an Electrical Systems Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our high-speed food processing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and service electrical systems and components
  • Inspect and maintain electrical equipment, including transformers and circuit breakers
  • Interpret PLC ladder logic programs, blueprints, and technical diagrams
  • Test and troubleshoot electrical systems, including computer setups
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electric codes and OSHA regulations
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED certificate, associate degree or technical apprenticeship preferred
  • Journeyman or Master Electrician license required, plus at least 2 years of experience in an industrial environment
  • Familiarity with PLC programming and NEC requirements
  • Working knowledge of hand tools and mechanical skills
  • Ability to work on-call as needed to assist during emergencies
