Electrical Systems Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team at our Pikeville, KY plant. As an Electrical Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and servicing electrical systems, as well as collaborating with our Operations, Food Safety, and Environmental Health and Safety teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and service electrical systems
  • Source or fabricate replacement electrical components
  • Inspect electrical components, including transformers and circuit breakers
  • Perform preventative maintenance inspections
  • Interpret PLC ladder logic programs
  • Interpret blueprints and drawing rough sketches
  • Update project records and prepare relevant documents and reports
  • Create records of materials used
  • Use testing devices to identify and report electrical problems
  • Set up and test computer systems
Requirements:
  • Journeyman or Master Electrician license required
  • At least 1 year of experience in an industrial environment
  • Familiarity with PLC programming
  • Mechanical skills
