Job Title: Home Sales Specialist

About the Role:

As a Home Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding Orkin's protection services and making strategic recommendations to customers. You will conduct 360 inspections, solve problems, and build trusted relationships with homeowners to ensure their properties are protected.

Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
  • Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
  • Serve as an empathetic problem solver for customers by utilizing in-depth training to recommend the best innovative overall pest solution for each customer's needs.
  • Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
  • Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain how Orkin's products and services can give them peace of mind.
  • Inspect the interior and exterior of customers' homes and make recommendations based on inspection and issues identified.
  • Use an iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • No experience required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company-paid).
  • Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.
