We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated WIC Program Coordinator to join our team at Bristol Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing WIC services to our patients.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nutrition and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate WIC services, including program eligibility determinations and certification of clients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and data entry in the CT-WIC system.
  • Provide education and support to families on healthy eating habits and nutrition-related topics.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of nutrition education materials.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics or Nutrition from an accredited institution.
  • Strong understanding of WIC policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
