Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Caliber Collision Centers. As a key member of our service center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Assist Customers: Provide warm and welcoming service to customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor Work Volume and Load Levels: Continuously monitor work volume and recommend load level requests to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
  • Coordinate Rental Car/Tow Services: Collaborate with rental car and tow companies to provide one-stop service to customers, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Insurance Partner Requirements: Maintain a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing, and load level processes.

Requirements
  • 1+ Years of Customer-Facing Experience: Possess a minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing environment.
Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge
  • Effective Verbal and Written Communication: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Software Navigation: Ability to navigate multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Adaptability and Prioritization: Work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
  • Personable Customer Service: Provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Collaborative Environment: Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
