About the Role:

Dal-Tile is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Process sales orders and resolve customer product or service issues
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Utilize various computer systems to manage customer orders and track inventory
  • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalency required
  • 1+ years call center or customer service experience
  • Focus on customer account management preferred
  • Prior textile industry knowledge is preferred
