TRENTINI is a 120-year-old industry leader seeking a dynamic leader to drive business growth and client relationships. As a Sales Director, you will learn our process, develop relationships, and lead a small team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base with exceptional attention to detail.
- Research new business opportunities and identify B2B growth potential.
- Supervise team activity and results, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes.
- Provide daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Sales or customer service experience with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Desire to be active in the community and contribute to TRENTINI's success.
- Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Clean background and own transportation are necessary.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
