Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Research new business opportunities and identify B2B growth potential.
  • Supervise team activity and results, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes.
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Sales or customer service experience with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to be active in the community and contribute to TRENTINI's success.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Clean background and own transportation are necessary.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
