The Director of Nursing Case Management plays a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of the Case Management and Social Work division. This position requires a collaborative approach, working alongside healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the highest standard of care while optimizing the use of hospital resources. The Director leads teams focused on population health to drive improved clinical, service, and financial outcomes.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in Texas
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory
- Master's Degree is essential
- Experience in a leadership role within Case Management in an acute care hospital
- Certification from the American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC) is required within one year
- Certification from the Commission for Case Management (CCM), American Case Management Association (ACMA), or National Board for Case Management must be obtained within one year of employment
