Role Summary:

We are seeking talented Inside Sales Representatives who excel at following a structured approach to sales. Your ability to adhere to our established script will be key to your success in this role.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Engage with 25 leads daily using our proven sales script.
  • Conduct 15+ meaningful conversations.
  • Become proficient in our sales script.
  • Schedule 15+ appointments each week.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work from our West Jordan office.
  • Stable work history with no more than two jobs in the last five years.
  • No self-employment in the last six months.
  • Experience in roles primarily focused on phone communication.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes, engaging with 30+ individuals daily.
  • Minimum of five hours of talk time in your most recent position.
  • Proven track record of meeting performance metrics.
  • Recognition for achievements in professional or personal endeavors.
  • Ability to follow a defined call flow and script.
  • Experience managing data entry in a CRM system.
  • Proficient in making multiple follow-up contacts.
  • Demonstrated coachability and responsiveness to feedback.
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $50,000
  • Bonus Potential: $40,000
  • Total Compensation: $90,000
