Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist

Join C&S Wholesale Services, LLC as an Inventory Control Specialist and play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cycle counts of inventory locations using handheld devices or forms and update the system accordingly.
  • Research and resolve inventory variances to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Validate the dating of products in the warehouse and update the system as required.
  • Audit and correct inbound receiving paperwork and perform audits of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.
  • Respond to buyer requests for item checks in the warehouse.
  • Coordinate the handling of obsolete and at-risk inventory, including identifying, communicating, adjusting, and validating product.
  • Deputize for the ICQA lead as necessary for allocation of work between IC reps and specialists.
  • Monitor activity to ensure work is carried out effectively and resolve issues as necessary.
  • Review processes to ensure correct execution and storage reconciliation as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Specialized knowledge and skills, including physical abilities and other requirements.
