Job Summary

  • Inventory Management
    • Develop and implement effective inventory control strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
    • Collaborate with the purchasing team to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment
  • Supply Chain Coordination
    • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment
    • Monitor and analyze supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement strategies to reduce lead times and improve delivery reliability
  • Warehouse Operations
    • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of parts and equipment
    • Ensure accurate and efficient inventory tracking and reporting
    • Develop and implement procedures to maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain accurate and timely reports on inventory levels, supply chain metrics, and warehouse operations

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, or warehouse operations
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
