We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Business Administrative Associate to join our team at Atlantic Technology Services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for administration and a desire to learn and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Assist with event coordination, meeting planning, and travel arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and databases, including customer information and sales data.
  • Support the team in achieving our business objectives, through effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a business services environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • A strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
