Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage documents, projects, and tasks efficiently using various software systems.
  • Develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills to execute detailed procedures and ensure accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via email and phone, scheduling meetings and responding to inquiries.
  • Assist with tax returns and financial statement preparation, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office skills to perform data entry, create reports, and maintain databases.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of professional office experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Independent worker and learner, with willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ability to self-manage projects, proactive problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Compensation$19/hour. With a can-do attitude and organizational skills, you will thrive in this role and contribute to the success of our team.
