Job Description:

Merrill Wealth Management is a leading provider of comprehensive wealth management and investment products and services for individuals, companies, and institutions.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Representative to join our team. As an Operations Representative, you will be responsible for standard transaction processing, reconciliation, and resolution of research requests supporting the wealth management business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform standard transaction processing and reconciliation according to established guidelines and procedures.
  • Respond to client inquiries through various channels to support operational efficiency and quality client service.
  • Perform basic research, follow-ups, and resolution of routine research requests.
  • Identify potential issues in daily operational tasks and escalate risk concerns, as appropriate.
  • Provide general operational support, including handling inbound calls, mail sorting, and mail distribution.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
  • 1st shift (United States of America).
  • 37.5 hours per week.
