Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at MMLiving. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our community and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the occupancy process from initial inquiry to move-in, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for prospective residents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective residents, their families, and influencers to facilitate timely and beneficial commitments to our community.
  • Accurately document all aspects of the sales process in our leads management system, ensuring clear and effective communication with the sales and marketing team, CFO, and CEO.
  • Promote the sales process through ongoing contact with prospective residents via phone, personal visits, presentations, and home visits, as appropriate.
  • Provide sales and marketing insights to the sales and marketing consultant, CFO, and CEO to inform strategies for maintaining optimal occupancy levels.
  • Effectively communicate all documents related to residency, such as Residency Agreements.
  • Conduct regular sales appointments within the community with prospective residents.
  • Participate in and help plan community events to increase the sales pipeline and drive future move-ins.
  • Conduct presentations at community sales events.
  • Identify prospective leads through various referrals, such as online and phone inquiries, face-to-face interactions, and advertising leads.
  • Participate in all sales training opportunities identified by the sales and marketing consultant, CFO, and CEO.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field of study, or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Training and Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or sales position, preferably in a senior living or healthcare environment.
  • Detail-oriented and excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Certifications and Licenses: None.
  • Job Knowledge: Ability to effectively engage and build relationships with customers. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to understand customer needs and adapt strategies or tactics to meet those needs during the sales process.
Working Conditions

Works in a clean, well-lighted, and ventilated building, with the understanding that the work location may change during and after construction.

Physical Demands

Standing, sitting, walking, lifting up to 30 lbs., handling, fingering, pushing, pulling, carrying, reaching overhead, reaching forward, reaching low, stooping, kneeling, climbing, crouching, twisting motion, and balancing. Corrected vision to 20/20 and hearing to normal range.

Special Demands

Makes evening or weekend appointments as necessary. Available to travel as needed. Ability to work well with vendors, residents, physicians, and MMLiving employees as needed.
