Role Summary: We are in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to aid our Sales Counselor. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in nurturing client relationships, organizing sales initiatives, and facilitating a seamless sales experience. This position demands exceptional communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to juggle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic setting.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Counselor in fostering client interactions and sustaining robust relationships.
  • Organize and arrange appointments, meetings, and property viewings.
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation, contracts, and materials.
  • Update and maintain client information within the CRM system.
  • Conduct market analysis and compile data to bolster sales efforts.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide insights into our custom home building offerings.
  • Assist in the creation of proposals, presentations, and sales analytics.
  • Monitor and follow up on leads to ensure prompt and effective communication.
  • Aid the Sales Counselor in coordinating and engaging in sales events, open houses, and community outreach.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the sales team as required.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative capacity, ideally within the home building or real estate sector.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
