Role Summary: We are in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to aid our Sales Counselor. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in nurturing client relationships, organizing sales initiatives, and facilitating a seamless sales experience. This position demands exceptional communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to juggle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic setting.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Counselor in fostering client interactions and sustaining robust relationships.
- Organize and arrange appointments, meetings, and property viewings.
- Prepare and manage sales documentation, contracts, and materials.
- Update and maintain client information within the CRM system.
- Conduct market analysis and compile data to bolster sales efforts.
- Address customer inquiries and provide insights into our custom home building offerings.
- Assist in the creation of proposals, presentations, and sales analytics.
- Monitor and follow up on leads to ensure prompt and effective communication.
- Aid the Sales Counselor in coordinating and engaging in sales events, open houses, and community outreach.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the sales team as required.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative capacity, ideally within the home building or real estate sector.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-centric approach.
- Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
