**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our team with administrative tasks. As an Administrative Support Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and faxes, routing them to the appropriate staff member or department.
  • Provide administrative support to our paralegals and attorneys, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as needed.
  • Maintain our conference rooms and common areas, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and mail sorting, as well as perform light cleaning and administrative tasks.
  • Monitor court dockets and calendars to stay up-to-date on hearings and deadlines.
  • Perform data entry tasks for firm use of copies and postage.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a law firm or legal setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Clio case management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
