Position Overview:

This is a full-time role (40 hours/week) from Monday to Friday. Flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during standard business hours is essential. Occasionally, overtime may be required based on business needs.

Location:

The position is based in Oxnard, CA.

Training:

Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. Training hours will be determined based on your schedule or discussed on your first day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls for clients 20%
  • Direct calls accurately to the appropriate personnel 20%
  • Manage the opening, sorting, and batching of claims for processing 20%
  • Perform additional assigned tasks 40%

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an office setting
  • Availability for full-time work (40 hours/week) from Monday to Friday, with flexibility for 8-hour shifts during standard business hours. Occasional overtime may be necessary.

Compensation:

The hourly wage for this position is $28.27. Compensation is determined by various factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. Optum adheres to all applicable minimum wage laws. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, equity stock purchase options, and 401k contributions (subject to eligibility requirements).
