Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Clinical Operations Director to lead our clinical development planning and strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for aspects of clinical study planning and execution within pre-specified timelines and budget.

About the Role

  • Lead and manage integration of all project team activities, leveraging internal and development partner resources, expertise and knowledge.
  • Meet departmental and project productivity and quality metrics and provide financial and management accountability to a wide range of audiences.
  • Participate in Protocol, IB, ICF, Regulatory submission documents, CRF, CSR development and review.
  • Develop tracking tools and oversee project budgets, study timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage CRO/vendor identification, request for proposal submission, CRO selection, and day-to-day operational management activities.
  • Strategically lead study operations, including study sites, tracking systems, regulatory submissions, and drug supply.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; clinical or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years experience in clinical studies, preferably with a CRO or pharmaceutical company.
  • Proven track record in resource planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and ability to deal with competing priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and other relevant software.
  • Experience with Visio, Veeva systems, and/or PleaseReview is a plus.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on location and experience.
