Key Responsibilities
Quality Inspection:
Conduct daily inspections of backs to ensure they meet quality standards.
Operational Support:
Assist in the movement of products into washing and drying equipment, manage the operation of these machines, and complete inspection reports as necessary.
Inventory Management:
Ensure accurate assembly quantities are verified and maintain stocked back racks.
Quality Service Maintenance:
Minimize error rates within acceptable limits, adhere to data entry protocols, maintain an efficient workflow, and consistently meet or exceed performance metrics related to quantity, accuracy, and thoroughness.
