Job Title: Quality Reliability Test Engineer

Job Summary:

As a Quality Reliability Test Engineer at G-TECH Services, you will be responsible for managing a full vehicle validation test plan for reliability vehicles. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customer issues on the test vehicles are identified, reported, and resolved prior to product launch. This role requires strong project management skills, hands-on vehicle experience, and knowledge of vehicle components and systems. You will work closely with suppliers, drivers, mechanics, and technicians to meet deadlines and targets. If you have a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and are proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite tools, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive test plan to validate vehicle reliability
  • Conduct root cause analysis and hands-on vehicle evaluations to identify and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Apply diagnostic tools and equipment to collect and analyze data
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Participate in meetings and facilitate discussions to drive project progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
  • Project management skills with experience in test planning and execution
  • Hands-on vehicle experience and knowledge of vehicle components and systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
