We are seeking a highly skilled QA Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automated tests to validate application functionality end to end, driving high-quality products with seamless end-user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Automation: Design and implement automated tests to validate application functionality, prioritizing automation opportunities for ROI and creating initial test designs.
  • Test Engineering: Apply engineering principles to streamline the testing process, identify bugs, and ensure solution quality and reliability.
  • Team Coaching: Coach development teams on best practices for various platforms, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on test automation and engineering.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing automated tests, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to work effectively with development teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, utilizing a range of tools and technologies, including MS Visio, Microsoft 365 Services, JavaScript, Test Management, Test Automation, API Testing, and CI/CD frameworks.
