We are seeking a dedicated Engine Performance Testing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The specialist will collaborate with test automation engineers and technicians, as well as lab engineers to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during testing.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct engine tests across various test cells to evaluate performance and reliability.
- Manage engine calibration processes, coordinating both manual and automated testing tasks.
- Oversee operations in dyno cells, utilizing automated scripts for efficient testing procedures.
- Supervise the assembly of engine pallets, ensuring all components meet the required specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred).
- Proficient in utilizing instrumentation to ensure accurate engine setup for testing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in engine controls and calibration.
- Experience in a laboratory setting, with knowledge of safety protocols, instrumentation, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with data analysis, including the ability to differentiate between valid and invalid data and effectively present findings.
