Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and helping to drive business growth through value-based conversations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Business Growth: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options and help drive business growth through value-based conversations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • California Property & Casualty License: Must possess a valid California Property & Casualty license.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish: Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.
  • People-Oriented: Must be people-oriented, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Self-Motivated: Must be self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and contribute to the growth of our business.
  • Detail-Oriented: Possess a high level of attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process and manage client information.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Must be proactive in problem-solving, with the ability to think critically and develop effective solutions.
  • Customer Service Focus: Must be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations.
  • Ability to Learn: Must be able to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies.
  • Team Player: Must be able to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
