Corporate Office Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Coordinator to join our team in Seattle, WA.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2+ years of administrative experience to get their foot in the door with a growing national real estate firm.
The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
We offer a competitive salary of up to $36/hr and a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and handle expense reports for regional leadership.
- Serve as the main point of contact for office visitors and manage front desk duties.
- Organize office catering needs, arrange food orders, and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Distribute incoming mail and packages, handle outgoing mail requirements, and prepare FedEx shipments as needed.
- Maintain shared spaces, including conference rooms, huddle rooms, and kitchen areas.
- Assist with fulfilling sponsorship benefits and act as the office emergency administrator.
- Provide general support to the regional team and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative office experience, ideally in a corporate setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
