About The Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Office Manager to join our team at The Neiders Company. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate office building and supporting our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the corporate office building.
  • Manage the tenants' relationships in the building.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to support campaigns, property listings, and client communications.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite, email management, and basic inventory tracking.

Compensation:

  • A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
