Employee Benefits Call Center Representative

As a Benefits Call Center Representative with LHH Recruitment Solutions, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees, providing expert guidance on their benefits, including healthcare, retirement plans, and more. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that employees have a seamless and positive experience when seeking information and assistance.
- Respond to inbound calls and emails regarding employee benefits.
- Provide clear, accurate information on healthcare plans, retirement options, and other benefit programs.
- Troubleshoot issues related to benefits enrollment, claims, and eligibility.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.
- Document and escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Assist employees during open enrollment periods and guide them through benefit selections.
Key Qualifications:
- Familiarity with employee benefits and HR systems is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred)
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in benefits or human resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
