Position Title: HR Security Officer

Position Summary

The HR Security Officer is tasked with safeguarding the well-being and security of guests and employees at the Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort and Casino. This role involves protecting against threats such as fire, theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access. The officer is responsible for maintaining a secure environment during assigned shifts, providing escort services for guests and staff, and assisting with various HR functions, including onboarding and drug testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Security Management
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and radio calls.
• Prepare detailed reports on incidents and accidents.
• Enforce internal gaming regulations and policies.
• Monitor and secure valuable assets, including currency and gaming tokens.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant experience may be considered.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license or be able to obtain one.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
