Position Summary

The HR Security Officer is tasked with maintaining the safety and security of guests and staff at the Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort and Casino. This role is essential in protecting against fire hazards, theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access. The officer will oversee security operations during assigned shifts and provide safe escort for guests and employees to various departments as required. Additionally, the HR Security Officer will support the HR front desk and assist the Onboarding Team with daily operational needs, including drug testing procedures. This position also involves collaborating with the HR Investigator to review complaints and conduct thorough investigations, delivering findings in a clear and professional manner.

• Inspect security measures regularly to ensure effectiveness.
• Report any irregularities or hazards immediately.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience preferred. A valid state driver's license is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

This role requires frequent standing, walking, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The work environment may be loud and include exposure to second-hand smoke and potentially hazardous situations.
