Position Summary

The HR Security Officer is tasked with safeguarding the well-being and security of guests and employees at the Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort and Casino. This role is essential in protecting against threats such as fire, theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access. The officer will oversee security operations during assigned shifts and provide safe escort services for guests and staff to various departments, ensuring their safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Security Management
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and radio calls as required.
  • Prepare detailed reports on incidents and accidents.
  • Enforce gaming regulations and internal control measures.
  • Safeguard the assets of the resort and casino.
