Clarvida, a leading mental health organization in California, is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Lead Personal Service Coordinator. As a team lead, you will play a vital part in overseeing the operations of our team and contributing to the success of our clients.

Compensation
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $36.00, commensurate with experience and qualifications. About the Role
As a Lead Personal Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Clinical supervisor and Program Director in overseeing the team of Personal Service Coordinators. This includes providing training to all new PSC staff, carrying a small therapy client caseload, and providing direct case management services. You will also identify problems and offer constructive suggestions for corrective action, act as lead in handling all crisis situations, and monitor productivity and quality of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the supervision of PSC and Case Management staff.
  • Carry a small therapy client caseload.
  • Provide direct case management services.
  • Monitor productivity and quality of the team.
  • Train all new PSC staff.
  • Identify problems and offer constructive suggestions for corrective action.
  • Act as lead in handling all crisis situations.


Requirements
  • A Master's Degree from an accredited university and one year supervisory related experience preferred.
  • Must be registered by the BBS (Board of Behavioral Sciences) as an ASW (Associate Clinical Social Worker), AMFT (Associate Marriage and Family Therapist) or APCC (Associate Professional Clinical Counselor).
  • Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
