Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Personal Service Coordinator to join our team at Clarvida - California. As a key member of our clinical team, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality services to individuals struggling with severe mental health disorders.

About the Role

The successful candidate will assist the Clinical Supervisor and Program Director in overseeing the team of Personal Service Coordinators. You will provide training to all new PSC staff, carry a small therapy client caseload, and offer direct case management services. Your strong leadership skills and ability to identify problems will be invaluable in providing constructive suggestions for corrective action.

Essential Job Functions and Requirements
  • Assist in the supervision of PSC and Case Management staff
  • Carry a small therapy client caseload
  • Provide direct case management services
  • Monitor productivity and quality of team
  • Train all new PSC staff
  • Identify problems and offer constructive suggestions for corrective action
  • Act as lead in handling all crisis situations
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree from an accredited university and one year related supervisory experience preferred
  • Must be registered by the BBS (Board of Behavioral Sciences) as an ASW (Associate Clinical Social Worker), AMFT (Associate Marriage and Family Therapist) or APCC (Associate Professional Clinical Counselor)
  • Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance
