Position Overview:
As a Quality Inspection Master specializing in Aircraft Structures, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and excellence of our aircraft manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as a technical authority on in-service aircraft, executing repairs and modifications that demand precision and promptness.
2. Conduct technical assessments to determine appropriate methods for in-service installations, repairs, and refurbishments.
3. Identify and troubleshoot issues on in-service aircraft, collaborating with relevant teams to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
4. Facilitate problem-solving initiatives to refine planning methodologies for aircraft refurbishments and installations, utilizing established techniques and criteria.
5. Collaborate with Engineering, Product Support Engineering, and Quality Control to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
6. Develop and manage the Employee Skills Development Program in conjunction with the Training Department.
7. Assess and identify training needs related to tooling, testing equipment, and other operational areas.
8. Support management in supervising and instructing technicians on proper troubleshooting procedures, routine inspections, and preventive maintenance practices.
9. Review work outputs, including documentation, to ensure adherence to company procedures and regulatory standards.
10. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, housekeeping policies, and the use of personal protective equipment.

Qualifications:
- Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing and repair station protocols, safety standards, tooling, and quality requirements.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting manufacturing or installation processes.
- Basic computer proficiency and effective communication skills in English.

- Travel Requirements: Up to 25%
