Join Our Team as a Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Patterned Learning AI. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and delivering a seamless experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and cases to identify and eliminate potential issues.
  • Collaborate with fellow QA Testers and developers to develop effective testing strategies and plans.
  • Execute test cases, meticulously analyze results, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Report bugs and errors in detail to the development team for swift resolution.
  • Champion user needs by proposing enhancements that make our products more intuitive and user-friendly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot user issues and devise creative solutions.
  • Develop and implement testing processes that ensure the quality of our products throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving.
  • A love for games/apps and the ability to identify potential glitches or loopholes.
  • Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • The ability to think analytically, troubleshoot issues, and think outside the box.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a multicultural team environment.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and a willingness to explore new technologies.
  • Proficiency in using software tools like GitLab, Word processors, spreadsheets, and web browsers.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar field (highly preferred).
Bonus Points:
  • Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, strategies, and cases.
  • Knowledge of white-box, grey-box, and black-box testing methodologies.
  • Previous experience in software quality assurance and the gaming industry.
  • Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium or similar frameworks.
  • Understanding of basic user experience design principles.
