Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting products for conformance to design data and performing or reviewing First Article Inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct visual inspections of materials and perform tests to approve or reject for use.
- Inspect units received from suppliers, test, and verify that the problem and repair are consistent with customer requests.
- Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections.
- Comply with all Quality Procedures and Policies.
- Maintain inspection records and inspection reports.
Requirements:
- Typically requires a HS diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 4 years of relevant experience is required.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must be able to operate SAP, have computer knowledge, and the ability to learn new programs.
- Must have good verbal and written skills.
- Must be able to make accurate measurements and remain within tolerances.
- Must be able to read and understand manuals, procedures, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Must understand, read, and write English.
- Must be able to complete all training to obtain inspection certifications.
- Must be able to work under pressure and within time constraints.
- Must be able to problem-solve with little or no direction.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized.
- Must be able to work as part of a team.
