The Creative Services Project Manager (PM) plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of projects within the Creative Services division, ensuring that all initiatives are completed successfully while adhering to set timelines and budgetary constraints.

A highly organized and motivated individual, the PM should be a capable problem-solver who can work independently with minimal oversight.

Attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, a strong respect for established processes, and a passion for thriving in a creative and dynamic atmosphere are essential qualities.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Facilitate the planning and discovery stages of projects: organize kick-off meetings, establish project goals, and convert client requests into actionable team deliverables. Clearly outline project scope and timelines. Develop schedules and secure approvals from all relevant stakeholders. Delegate tasks and responsibilities while monitoring progress against deliverable specifications and deadlines. Document, categorize, and prioritize client requests, modifications, and other project-related information.

Client Engagement and Management:

Assess client needs and set clear expectations. Communicate the processes of Creative Services and detailed project plans. Keep clients updated on project status throughout its duration. Regularly meet with clients to discuss upcoming product launches and other marketing initiatives. Clearly articulate project scope and deliverables to the team.

Qualifications:

Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. Work Experience: Minimum of 4 years in project management within an agency, creative communications, or marketing environment. Ability to perform well under pressure, manage several projects at once, meet multiple deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate diplomatically with clients, management, and cross-functional teams. Proven ability to lead and inspire a cross-functional team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Solid experience in managing print, web/digital, and video projects. Proficient in MS Office/Project or similar database applications on a PC platform. Familiarity with projects involving web/digital/interactive technology is advantageous.

Compensation Overview: The estimated base salary range for this position is $102,000 to $140,500. Actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer and will consider various factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, and other relevant factors. This role is also eligible for a variable annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
