Insurance Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven professional to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative in Lafayette, LA. As a State Farm agent team member, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with customers, promote insurance products, and contribute to the success of our agency.
CompensationThe estimated annual salary for this role is $50,000 - $60,000, plus commission/bonus opportunities based on performance. Additionally, you will receive paid time off, valuable experience, and growth potential within the agency.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain customer relationships through prompt and accurate service.
- Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized solutions.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services to meet customer needs.
- Sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively relate to customers.
- Pride in delivering accurate and timely results, and ability to multi-task.
- Able to learn computer functions and obtain necessary licenses (Property and Casualty, Life and Health).
