Key Responsibilities:
  • Tax Expertise: Oversee the review of Individual, Corporate, Partnership, and various State tax returns, demonstrating your expertise in diverse tax issues.
  • Payroll and Sales Tax Management: Ensure accuracy and compliance by reviewing payroll tax returns and various sales tax returns.
  • Research and Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough tax research, including complex tax projections, and review compiled financials to provide strategic insights.
  • Client Interaction: Work closely with the Business Management department to address client inquiries, provide projections, ensure compliance, and contribute to tax strategy formulation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Leverage your Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 5-10 years of recent public accounting tax experience, along with your CPA license or EA certification. Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills while navigating a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Excel, QuickBooks, and tax software, including RIA Checkpoint or UltraTax, is advantageous. Experience in the music or entertainment industry and familiarity with audit/review/compilation processes are also beneficial.
