Daily Responsibilities:

The role of the Talent Acquisition Consultant is centered around providing recruitment support to our clients. We focus on sourcing tax and audit professionals for CPA firms and their clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the creativity to attract top talent while effectively communicating job opportunities to potential candidates. While this position is preferred to be based in our Baraboo office, we are open to experienced recruiters who can work in a hybrid or remote capacity, depending on their qualifications. This position offers significant potential for career advancement and growth within the Workforce Solutions affiliate. Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing full-cycle recruitment for clients, from defining candidate profiles and job descriptions to ensuring new hires are engaged until their start date.
  • Managing job postings across various platforms, utilizing social media, job boards, and digital advertising to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Proactively sourcing passive candidates and devising innovative strategies to attract talent.
  • Building and maintaining a candidate pool for current and future job openings.
  • Utilizing the applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage job requisitions and applicants.
  • Generating and reporting on recruitment analytics consistently.
  • Reviewing and screening resumes and applications.
  • Conducting phone screenings and interviews.
  • Participating in job fairs and related events to source candidates.
  • Networking within communities, educational institutions, local organizations, and professional groups to enhance the Workforce Solutions brand and leverage connections for talent acquisition.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for Workforce Solutions, including promoting additional services to clients.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Handling all tasks with the utmost confidentiality and understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in talent acquisition or sourcing roles.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations related to hiring.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Proficient in using computers, including HCM and ATS software, as well as Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills for engaging with candidates and clients through various channels.
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with isolved ATS, Attract & Hire is a plus.
  • Background in sourcing or recruiting within the CPA and public accounting sectors is highly advantageous.
