Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Workforce Solutions team is seeking a skilled Sourcing Specialist to join our team in Baraboo. As a key member of our HR consulting and recruiting services, you will be responsible for finding and sourcing top talent for our open requisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively promote our employer brand and current requisitions through social media, job boards, and digital ads to source active and passive candidates.
- Actively source passive candidates and find creative solutions to attract and source talent.
- Build and manage a candidate pool for current and future job openings.
- Attend job fairs, industry events, and related events to source talent as appropriate.
- Build networks within communities, key schools and universities, local organizations, and professional groups to build our brand and leverage connections to find talent.
Requirements:
- Comfortable working daily on the computer, including in HRIS software, ATS, and Microsoft Office products.
- Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with candidates and clients on the phone, via email, and in person.
- Ability to provide the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in the role.
- Previous experience in a talent acquisition and/or sourcing role.
- Previous experience working within an ATS, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and related talent acquisition platforms.
- Developed knowledge of employment law and regulations as they relate to hiring.
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is a plus.
