About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Technical Operations Engineer I to join our team at Manpower Group Inc. As a Data Center Technical Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for managing on-site technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure adherence to established practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses, and prepare reports on critical facility operations.
  • Coordinate projects with IT managers to optimize safety, performance, and efficiency.
  • Operate and manage routine and emergency services on critical systems.
  • Assist in facility design, build-out, and efficiency improvement projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Technical Degree with relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in swiftly addressing facility-related emergencies.
  • Familiarity with critical electrical and cooling systems.
  • Competence in utilizing CMMS system for equipment repair tracking.
  • Background in both electrical and mechanical fields.
