The Opportunity
As a Client Support Specialist, your primary mission will be to deliver exceptional customer service to both end users and distributors. You will play a crucial role in achieving our business objectives related to growth, market presence, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute general order processing tasks.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email from customers and distributors.
- Provide information regarding stock levels, pricing, and availability; process customer orders accordingly.
- Assist in resolving issues related to inventory, pricing, deliveries, and technical matters.
- Monitor incoming shipments and backorders.
- Engage in employee development initiatives, including product training and personal growth programs.

Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of four years in a customer service role within a similar industry.
