Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team at Bright Horizons. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to design, build, deploy, and support large-scale systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a liaison between the business community and IT organization to provide technical solutions that meet user needs.
  • Translates requirements into technical specifications, clarifies requirements, reviews recommendations, and answers questions.
  • Analyzes systems for application, integration, and reporting design.
  • Evaluates system performance and identifies metrics and indicators for remediation.
  • Conducts code analysis to ensure code integrity and minimizes security risk.
  • Develops flow diagrams for system processes.
  • Documents business requirements through user interviews, surveys, workflow reviews, research on industry best practices, and user workshops.
  • Works with managers to create project plans and run Scrum calls.
  • Collaborates with the IT Development team to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Ensures process and documentation consistency with Bright Horizons standards for Solution Delivery Life Cycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5 years of related work experience required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience writing business requirements for Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM solutions.
  • Knowledge of Azure and Power Platform applications and integrations.
  • Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
  • Negotiation and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL server and ability to conduct SQL queries.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly.

Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
