Senior Electro Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electro Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Newton, MA. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex electromechanical systems.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in R&D environments and a strong background in mechanical and mechatronics engineering. They will also possess hands-on experience in design, assembly, and test of electro-mechanical systems.
The salary for this position is estimated at $60-$65 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing electromechanical fixtures related to reliability, verification, and validation efforts
- Authoring relevant documents related to fixture designs and DV tests
- Developing test methods, protocols, executing tests, and releasing relevant documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Robotics Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in complex electromechanical system R&D environments
- Hands-on experience in design, assembly, and test of electro-mechanical systems
- Knowledge of industry best practices for development of complex electromechanical systems
