Job Description

Job Summary:

Community Veterinary Partners is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our team. As a Client Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephones and greet clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Screen calls and refer clients to other staff members as needed
  • Provide information on hospital policies, basic pet care, and costs of services
  • Prepare health certificates, immunization certificates, and euthanasia certificates
  • Prepare client invoices and obtain payment after services are performed
  • Perform over-the-counter sales of specialty merchandise
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant experience with basic office functions within a busy environment
  • Previous reception and veterinary industry experience preferred but not required

Competencies:

  • Strong client service skills
  • Tact and diplomacy
  • Strong written and oral communication and comprehension skills
  • Flexible work attitude and work habits
  • Ability to carry out basic mathematical tasks

Computer Skills:
