Job Summary

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for providing technical oversight across a portfolio of ServiceNow projects, participating in internal and customer meetings, and collaborating with team members to rapidly prototype new solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical oversight across a portfolio of ServiceNow projects
  • Participate in internal and customer meetings to drive business development and capture efforts
  • Collaborate with team members to rapidly prototype new solutions
  • Design and implement ServiceNow applications using ServiceNow App Engine
  • Develop and deploy custom ServiceNow applications within a single instance or across multiple instances
  • Manage business rules, UI actions, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user portals
  • Expertise in Integration/Automation Hub using pre-built and custom-built Spokes
  • Ability to gather business requirements and define tasks required for developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications
  • Grow the ServiceNow practice while providing mentorship and guidance to direct and indirect reports

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of work experience
  • 7+ years of experience in the administration, configuration, or implementation of the ServiceNow platform or applications
  • Demonstrated experience in implementation and deployment of different ServiceNow modules
  • Possesses experience in PaaS/SaaS platforms
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Public Trust clearance
