Job Title: ServiceNow Architect
Location: Leesburg VA.
Duration: FullTime.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical oversite across a portfolio of ServiceNow projects.
Participate in internal and customer meetings assisting with the ongoing evolution of ServiceNow offerings as well as business development and capture related efforts.
Provide leadership with the ongoing development of policies and procedures for the purpose of consistent product delivery in a ServiceNow environment.
Rapidly prototype new solutions in collaboration with team members SME s and leadership.
Expert handson knowledge of the ServiceNow platform with extensive experience with recent ServiceNow releases.
Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow application using ServiceNow App Engine.
Handson experience creating and managing business rules UI actions workflows reports dashboards and user portals.
Expert knowledge of Integration/Automation Hub using prebuilt and custombuilt Spokes.
Experience developing and deploying custom ServiceNow applications within a single instance or across multiple instances.
Knowledge of data modeling and database management principles.
Ability to gather business requirements and define tasks required for developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications throughout their lifecycles.
Adept at working with business development team members in an effort to support business development and capture efforts to close ServiceNow deals with clients.
Grow the ServiceNow practice while providing mentorship and guidance to direct and indirect reports within the practice.
Work with Agile teams and methodologies in a virtual environment.

Required Qualifications:

BS/BA in related field
This position requires Ten (10) or more years work experience.
Seven (7) or more years experience in the administration configuration or implementation of the ServiceNow platform or applications.
Demonstrated experience in implementation and deployment of different ServiceNow modules like Agile DevSecOps WSD ITOM techniques in a client environment.
Possesses experience in PaaS/SaaS platforms (Instance and Organizational setup strategy security strategy reusable components strategy migration strategy information architecture strategy).
Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities in a client environment.
Demonstrated experience with the ServiceNow Business Rules and the scripting aspects of the ServiceNow Platform.
Experience in ServiceNow application implementation and deployment
Ability obtain and maintain a US Government Public Trust clearance

Desired Experience:
Training and certification in Agile methods
Demonstrated experience with the implementation of ServiceNow modules in one or more modules in the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) domain (APM ITBM PPM) or one or more modules in the Enterprise Asset Management domain.
Demonstrated experience implement ServiceNow modules to clients in the US Federal Government
