Job Description

HSTN Market Admin is seeking a skilled Patient Care Access Coordinator to provide exceptional patient care and access services to pre-selected patients. This role involves working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient experiences.

Main Responsibilities
  • Patient Scheduling: Assist with designated direct site scheduling and prior authorizations for advanced imaging studies.
  • Patient Support: Provide personalized support and assistance to pre-selected patients, including those with special needs.
  • Clinical Education: Provide educational information and assist in campaign roll-outs to selected providers and patients.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years in Medical, hospitality, Marketing/Public Relations industry preferred.
  • Skill Set: Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 50% during the work week.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience. ],
