Position Description

All Med Search is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator-Patient Care Unit to join our team. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during designated shifts.

About the Role

In this role, you will collaborate with the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures. You will serve as a resource person for staff and model a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • The CNC ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.
  • In collaboration with other members of the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures, serves as a resource person for staff, and models a commitment to the organizations vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.

What We Offer

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
