Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to lead our engineering project management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving early engagements on product architecture, feature definition, and program execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strategic relationships and represent the project and organization with cross-functional partners
  • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Legal, Security, Marketing, Business Operations, and other organizations
  • Establish working cross-functional program plans, identify and handle program cross-functional dependencies between teams
  • Communicate development and feasibility needs, establishing milestones for checkpoints and status updates, and drive alignment across the organization and between teams
  • Coordinate with teams to identify issues, prioritize tasks, and track risks
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of project management experience
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships, build cross-functional teams, and exert effective influence in a matrix organization
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5 years of managing cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
  • 5 years of product development experience
  • History of managing go-to-market activities
  • Ability to think strategically, while driving tactical details
  • Experience working with teams of diverse technical backgrounds and quickly learning from them
Compensation and Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this role is between $122,300 and $227,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.

Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
